You're better off with an 03 540i MSport IMO. Usually under $8k for the best of them, came with M5 wheels and the M5 trim pieces all the way around, and looked badass in white.

they came with the OLD M5 wheels, plus they aren't exactly on the same level even though 540i owners like to believe they are.
